Former British 100m record holder Montell Douglas gave a sprints master class to England (S) sprint coach Les Johnson’s squad of young women sprint protégées at the Herne Hill Open.
Hot after securing a bronze medal place in the GB Club Connect Relay at Olympic Park on 24.7.15 the young ladies quizzed Montell on her Olympic Games 100m (11.05 ) Sprint and her Relay performances.
They thanked her for the great tips and invited her back to mentor and inspire them.
