HHH man Chris Busaileh had a top quality run in clocking 30.32 for 14th place in a very strong field at the Ribble Valley 10k road race just after Christmas, not far outside his PB and augurs well for his racing prospects in the new year. Elsewhere at Poole, Simon Coombes placed a good 5th in the Poole Round the Lakes 10k in 33.13 on Boxing Day.
