INTRODUCTORY NUTRITION SESSIONS WITH CATHERINE GEORGE

Cat George is a Registered Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, will be offering a limited number of introductory 1:1 nutrition consultations for Herne Hill Harriers athletes.

Cat is a former professional hockey player from the US and is currently completing her PhD in women’s health, nutrition and physical activity. She has experience working across sport, research, and applied nutrition settings, including with US collegiate sports teams, Olympic and elite athletes, and active individuals looking to better support their training, health, and performance.

These introductory sessions are designed for athletes aged 18 and over who would like initial, evidence-based nutrition support. Sessions will last approximately 30 minutes and will usually take place online, with the option to discuss in-person support where appropriate.

The session can be used to briefly discuss your current training, nutrition habits, goals, and any areas where you would like support, such as fuelling for training, race preparation, recovery, energy levels, injury support, body composition goals, or nutrition around busy work and life schedules.

Spaces during this introductory period are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. After the introductory session, athletes will have the option to book a full paid consultation if they would like more personalised support.

Please note that these individual consultations are currently only available to athletes aged 18 and over. Athletes under 18 should not book directly through the link.

After booking, athletes will receive a follow-up email with further information, including a client agreement, privacy information, and a short pre-consultation form to complete before the session.

To book a slot, please follow the link in the bio of the HHH Instagram account to find the PDF version of the poster which has a clickable link to bookings.
