In recognition of the benefits of supporting our broad and talented membership, the Club has a Development Fund. We welcome donations from external companies and individuals, our members/parents to this fund, as it helps ensure we can target support, which in turn raises the profile of the Club and our athletes. These generous contributions complement the huge voluntary efforts of our Club coaches and officers, who provide the essential underpinning to the running of the Club and the success of our athletes.
Our main outgoing is subsidising travel for our athletes to competitions across the UK, and sometimes overseas, but we also support our athletes in other ways e.g. if they are encountering hardship we may help with kit, footwear, equipment etc.
