Race 1 11.00am Under 15 Boys 4,500 metres

Race 2 11.20am Under 13 Girls 3,000 metres

Race 3 11.35am Under 13 Boys 3,000 metres

Race 4 11.50am Under 15 Girls 4,000 metres

Race 5 12.10pm Under 17 Men 6,000 metres

Race 6 12.40pm Under 20 Women 6,000 metres

Race 7 1.05pm Under 17 Women 5,000 metres

Race 8 1.30pm Under 20 Men 8,000 metres

Race 9 2.05pm Senior Women 8,000 metres

Race 10 2.50pm Senior Men 15,000 metres

Numbers are to be collected from the Registration Marquee. These must be worn as issued, with no folding or mutilation.

Athletes must wear the vest of their First Claim affiliated Club, County, Area or National vest and all Athletes must wear the same vest as other team members. The wearing of an alternative vest without permission of the Referee will lead to disqualification. Attention is drawn to Rule 16 on Advertising and Sponsorship, this rule will be enforced.

Mobile phones, iPods, cameras, headphones etc are not allowed on the course and will be confiscated. Athletes are advised to leave such devices with a responsible person as the SEAA cannot accept any responsibility for such items.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

We have been asked to ensure that there is no parking within Stanmer Park nor in the University of Sussex Grounds. Parking within the Stadium is limited and we advise all athletes, where possible to use Public Transport.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There is a good train service to Falmer Station which is about 400-500 yards from the park entrance on the other side of the A27. From the Station a wide tunnel crosses under the A27. Athletes can get Trains from London Bridge and London Victoria to change at Brighton and from London to Lewes. The jouney from both Brighton and Lewes is approximately 9 minutes. Trains also from Southampton and Portsmouth, Hastings and Eastbourne.

There is also a bus service from Brighton to the Park entrance.

CARS & COACHES:
Parking is at the Amex Stadium (Brighton & Hove Albion FC) which is about 500 yards from the course.

For the Car Park cross by either of the two bridges over the railway line by Falmer Station, then through The wide tunnel under the A27. Pass the University Sports Hall on your left and continue into the Park.
There is a fee of £5.00 per car and £20 per coach.

FROM THE NORTH & WEST take the A27 (eastbound) towards Lewes. Take the slip road marked Rottingdean, Falmer, Amex Stadium (B2123). At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (B2123) for Rottingdean and Amex Stadium, continue through the next traffic lights and turn right into the the Stadium Car Park.

FROM THE EAST: A27 towards Brighton, Worthing. Take the slip road marked Rottingdean, Flamer, Amex Stadium (B2123). Continue left on the B2123 for Rottingdean, Amex Stadium, turn right into Amex Stadium Car Park.

Cars with club tents, after unloading, please leave the park and make your way to the Amex Stadium Car Park. Please do NOT park within Stanmer Park or the University of Sussex Complex.

The presentation of awards will take place as soon as practical after completion of each race.
