John Kettle got himself back into road racing mode after his London Marathon performance in April with a win in the Dulwich Runners Midsummer 5k road race, recording a time of 16.35. HHH’s women’s team followed up our recent excellent 5th place in the UK Champs 10k in the BUPA London 10k with a team win in Dulwich Park. Led by 3rd woman Karen Ellison in 19.16 and backed up by 7th woman Sue Swaine in 21.03 and Abby Penlington 8th with 21.06 the trio in red and black hoops were victorious.
