The Common Runner – Week 38, 2014

Geoff & Keith’s Group: On Tuesday we are on the grass on Tooting Common for the last time before the dark evenings set in and we will need to try to begin our first tempo as soon after 7.15pm as possible to finish in daylight. So please try to be already warmed up and ready to start at 7.15.

We shall run a tempo around the field of 8 min in duration then after a 4 min rest we will run 8 x 90 sec reps with a minute rest between each rep.
