Faith Price has been nominated for a young person of the year award.
Faith has been selected as a nominee by the Croydon Guardian out of hundreds of young people. She is now one of the final three who have been nominated and will attend the community awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Croydon on the 28th January.
This is a superb achievement for Faith and has had such an amazing 2015 as her first year of under 13’s. Such as breaking a record of ex-Olympic 200m and 400m runner Donna Fraser at the Croydon Schools Championships and being nationally ranked in the 100m, 150m and 300m in her first year in the sport with another year as an Under 13 girl in 2016.
Faith was also in the club’s 4 x 100m and 4 x 200m relays team that broke club records and set the fastest times of the year nationally.
