HHH had 3 representatives and one former club member at the ITU World Duathlon Championships – Gijon, Spain – 25 September. Suzie Richards came 7th in the Standard Distance (10k, 40k, 5k) in the 25-29 age group after being in contention for a medal at the start of the final run. Bob Harrison and Andy Millbank competed in the Sprint Distance (5k, 20k, 2.5k) in the 50-54 age group with Bob coming 14th and Andy 17th. Bill Shone, a HHH man in the late 80’s was 11th in the Sprint Distance Age 45-49 age group.
