Ultra man Glen Keegan, who does a marathon before breakfast every morning, and then runs 8 miles to work and back, did a stupendous run at the 100 mile London to Oxford Thames path run. Yes, he is running as he puts in his sprint finish, I can clearly see air under his feet. I think I may go and have a lie down.
No doubt he will be doing a speed session at the track on Tuesday. I think he deserves a pint. From every member of his training group.
