We are aiming to make the first main mile A race – the Stan Allen Mile in memory of our late long serving club coach and officer – a good quality race with a trophy to be awarded to the winner. We hope to attract a competitive field along with a good number of entrants for the supporting mile races and other events on the meeting programme. So please if you would like to race over the classic mile distance or compete in any of the other events with enough days to recover before the Saturday races which the Wednesday meetings during the same week may not afford, then please come along.
For the mile races we can take entries in advance if athletes would contact Steve Bosley email steve@envoy-freight.co.uk – payment can be made to Steve or he can provide relevant club bank account details for bank transfer payments: ref mile and name of athlete entering the event.
