This week go back out on the Common for our 30-30 workout. This will be the last time we do this workout this winter so make the most of it. I’ll be extending the run time in the new year (and reducing the number of reps!). For our running circuits I’ve increased the total number of reps by 2 so we have 3 sets of 3 runs with 3 exercises between each. Nice symmetry! On Saturday, we’ll do a training session with a change of venue – Clapham – to freshen things up. It’s a route that is one of my favourites, what I call the Northcote Valleys which is hilly tempo run, up and down, up and down it goes. Great for stamina.
