I am writing by way of follow up to our discussion at the Club Executive on Monday 15th June 2020.
First of all, I would like to thank all those members who submitted your views and thoughts to me. These were very helpful in shaping our discussion at the meeting, and will contribute to our forward plan.
One of the key issues that you have raised is the need for direct engagement with members on the issues of race and inclusion issues, and to that end we are proposing an open forum session that will be conducted via zoom. The main purpose of these is to hear from you, but it will also be an opportunity for the Executive to highlight issues that have emerged so far from your feedback and our discussions.
The proposed time and date for the session is:
