Herne Hill Harriers' veteran athletes brought home a decent medal haul from Richmond Park at the Surrey Vets Cross Country Championship. There was a W35 silver medal for Nikki Sturzaker as she led our W35-44 team to golds. Nikki, Debbie Panter-Jackson and Bec Barrow were our winning ladies team.
There were also team bronze medals in the M50-59 and M60+ categories, while our W45+ team placed 5th. Steve Knight was 3rd M60, John Garber won the M70 age group and Brian Shave was 2nd M75. Susan Glinska finished 4th in the W50 category.
