This fascinating interview with HHH member and UK lead 200m athlete (2020), Kristal Awuah, provides a brilliant insight to Kristal’s determination and commitment, guided by her coach Matthew Thomas. From more challenging circumstances than most of us face, Kristal has achieved amazing things and is well placed to qualify and achieve great things at next year’s Olympics.
