“Mark’s Group: We are now in our run up to Christmas. This week we return to long reps on Tuesday which is a small progression the last long interval session 4 weeks ago. Due to the progressive nature of the programme you need to come regularly or do the session in your own time or you might fall behind. I’ll be happy to give your 10K pace details.
On Thursday we’re back in Streatham for relay circuits and hills. The relay circuits have only 4 exercises this time but Gibson hill is steeper. I’ve shortened the length to make it doable. At the weekend our ladies are in action and an intrepid few are off to Camber Sands.”
