There were some top results recorded by HHH young athletes at the London Schools Cross Country Championships at Parliament Hill Fields on 6th February. Three club runners won their races, two in the Junior Girls races as Saskia Millard won the A race and Alex Brown the B, while Ed Olsen was the winner of the Intermediate Boys race.
Eloise O’Shaughnessy followed Alex in 2nd, while Merhawi Yemane was 3rd behind Ed and Alex’s older sister Kate Brown finished 4th behind Saskia.
In the Junior Boys A race Tom Singholden was 4th, Paul Burgess 5th and Callum Barker 8th. Ashleigh Campbell was 5th and Izzy Broughton 7th in the Senior Girls, while Eloise’s older sister Skye O’Shaughnessy was 8th in the Intermediate Girls. Our other top 10 finisher was John Tayleur, who ran well for 8th in the Senior Boys event. Congratulations to all of the athletes who competed
